Creator Backstory: I Know Kung Fu

In 2022 my fiancé died in my arms at home after a long fight with aggressive cancer. She faced it with strength and cheeky humour, and we were two peas in a pod until the end. I only survived that period thanks to family and incredible friends armed with dirty jokes and BB guns.
In May 2025, during the AP/SLMF event, we stayed over, bonded with amazing people, and formed the Bag Of Dicks Airsoft Team, doubling our circle of caring comrades. We regretted not capturing any footage—memories are everything. We then branded ourselves as BODAirsoft for polite company, using humour as our USP and wellbeing tool. We never aim to offend; we aim to help others because we know what loss feels like.
Since then, I’ve upskilled from nothing while working a full time, unrelated job. BODAirsoft is my nightly passion, effectively doing two full days of work every day for six months… so far.
Freddy Kruger fuels my dark side; Kevin, Perry, and Austin Powers are my comedic alter egos; Neo inspires the video glitching and my “I know…” learning mantra across editing, websites, SEO, video, social media, and AI.

If I make one bad day better, I’ve succeeded. We stay 18+ or PG, Austin Powers level. This is a hobby built on grit, care, and wellbeing warriors. Expect more character playlists in 2026, some of the team are learning too… please be gentle with them… don’t bite… haaaard.
